As an oncology physician and a mother, my understanding of women's health became personal during my second pregnancy. Managing multiple supplements-prenatal vitamins, iron, and medications for side effects-often felt complex and fragmented. It sparked a simple but powerful question: why isn't there a single, effective daily solution for women?

Together with my husband, an engineer, we set out to simplify women's wellness through science- backed, thoughtfully designed products. What began as an idea evolved into a focused mission-creating essentials that support women not just daily, but across key stages like fertility and overall health optimization.

We launched our small business with two women-centered products, and seeing the real impact on our clients has been deeply rewarding.

We believe when women prioritize their health, everything else follows. That belief continues to drive everything we build.
